Tipton Vacations from NT$43,070

Pictures look great, however, on arrival, we noticed stains on the fabric chairs, on towles and pillowcases. The bedspeard looked as if someones cat had fun scratching it such that there were pulled threads all over it. We mentiioned it to the front desk, so they offered another room to us. It was a great view as was the other room, but the same issues were in the other room as well, just slightly less. No one checked on the room to replace tissue or toilet paper, or to see if new towels were needed. The towels looked the ones I retire at home due to the edges unraveleing and the towel thinning. No one had cleaned the dust next to the refrigerator seemingly ever. the last thing I would call this hotel would be "boutiuqe" as stated in the information on hotel on line. We were charged a late check out fee. We had intended to stay that night, and we did, but they would not remove the fee. The did let us have the same price for the night as the others. it was half of what they were going to charge. So that one night would have cost 3 times as much as the other nights. I am a native San Franciscan and am very familiar with the area and hotel prices. NEVER going back!

Breakfast was the usual, nothing special. Coffee was excellent. Disappointed in only 2 towels in bathroom. I showered twice, once at night, once in morning. The two towels still damp from night before. No extra blankets. Lobby is quite small but adequate. Cleanliness was excellent everywhere I looked! Be helpful in future texts to mention a restaurant across the street. Appreciated updates on shuttle. Also be helpful to emphasize the shuttles level location.

Great hotel for a quiet overnight very close to the airport. No elevator so will need to carry bags up a flight if your room is on the second floor. Great Breakfast.
