「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelette, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, french toast, cereal, breads, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, etc., etc. in the evening from 5:30-7:00 PM they also offer two free drinks and some light bites. The downside is they charge for parking and high speed internet. Given the sweet breakfast and cocktail hour, I think it balances out the $18/day parking fee. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Diana was friendly and helpful at check in. Clean big room. Lots of space. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery. Hovely was friendly and quickly served us in the restaurant. There is a convenience store nearby. Would stay there again. 」
