Upon arrival our room wasn’t clean, no trash bags, no soap, and bed/pillows had no linen but we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they took care of the issue immediately. Our housekeeper was great, she did everything she could and even apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. She was very sweet and helpful, I told her I didn’t need the soap or towels because we had our own...

「I've stayed for four nights. The room is larger than I expected. Overall I had a great time staying there. However, there are two minor flaws during my stay. The first one is that after cleaning, the room is a bit smelly. I have to open the windows for a few minutes to get rid of the smell. The second is that there is no kettle in the room. Still, these do not seriously affect my experience in this hotel.」
