「We had family stay in two rooms (3 family members per room). 3 people on the 4th floor and 3 people on the 5th floor. Both floors only had 1 roll of toilet paper for one week!!! When asked for more toilet paper the wait was for over an hour. Towels are also not changed unless you request them and that takes time too.
