「Consistent issues and texted the GM twice as no manager was on duty and got no reply. Had to talk to front desk 3 times and they never tried to solve the problem. No follow up, no follow through and no understanding on how to serve clients」

「Room was nice, but did lack a few amenities: hand soap, trash bins, conditioner. 」

「It was a typical desent hotel, but for the price was expecting a little nicer and location was too far from where we wanted to be., breakfast was not great for the price .」

「Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) He took us to the farm suite wich i thought was very nice. Until he opened the door and there was another guests stuff in the room. He...
