"Horrible. No remote for tv. No phone in room. Only one light in the whole room worked. Tub had someone else's hair all in it. Toilet wasn't clean. "

"Rooms clean thr foam thing in the window need to be replace they're dingie looking,sink need a different faucet head because water runs everywhere. Over all the room were comfortable, bed sleeps good. In a perfect area,you will feel safe,they do monitor their premises. Desk clerk were nice and friendly. Wifi wouldnt connect my table/phone. Continental breakfast need some meat/eggs Other than that breakfast great. I recommend this place when you're visiting bossier."

"Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay.
