「Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.」

「Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.」

「Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bossier City was just right. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, the building smelled clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great job. Thank you.」

「This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was...

「Charming hotel, however the room we were in was extremely old and it had stated the rooms have been updated. You can hear almost everything in the lobby and people walking up the stairs if you are on the second floor.」

「I like the parking convenience and Casino convenience. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned and no clean towels automatically given. We were told the rooms are cleaned until our stay, this is the first time that had happened to us. We asked for cleaned towels, waited two hours and had go back to the front desk to request them again. The extensions on the room phone didn’t work, we couldn’t contact front desk, housekeeping nor room service.」
