「The hotel is in the city center, near to the turist attraction. People at the reception went the extra miles to help us out during out stay.」

「城堡就在飯店隔壁，可停車方便自駕，但飯店內的停車空間小，前台人員十分友善親切，早餐種類選擇較少但咖啡好喝，房間大又舒適」

「服務人員很親切，而且很細心，我的一些習慣會記著，由於住宿前那裡刮颱風，所以冷氣不涼，飯店還因此在退房時送我們一瓶義大利道地的香檳。」

「共住3晚，第一個晚上跳電，但櫃臺工作人員只有在上午7點到晚上11點有人 再來都沒人。最後在門口的緊急對講聯絡上客服人員，才緊急找工作人員來處理。 另外洗澡水溫溫度不穩定有點忽冷忽熱，在浴室的heater 也故障。」

「The hotel is quite near to the railway station,about 10 mins walk. The design of the room is quite old fashioned, but the breakfast is quite good.」

「Love this hotel!! Staff was super friendly and helped with information and also to leave our bags after check out so we could check out more of Modena. The rooms are clean and there’s plenty of dining option around the hotel. Plus, it’s in the center so it’s super convenient. There’s also a parking place 10 min walk away. 」

「Suitable for budget travellers....………but not so for family」

「We stayed at hotel del Borgo when visiting Ducati factory and museum. This hotel is literally a stones throw away, ideally placed! The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. Recommend the restaurant Trattoria Della Salute...

「Nothing sparking. The internet is huge terrible. I could not use my PC and cellphone at all at my room. Only in the lobby it is fine.」
