Good, but quieter room would of been nice

Room was a decent size, comfortable and had a pleasant view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of food. We did ask for a quiet room if possible and unfortunately it turned out to be the opposite. Right next to the lift. Lots of noise also coming from the room above that did disrupt our sleep.

Lovely location in this beautiful city. Proximity to the centro and the castle - great shopping and dining close by. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it's Europe and most parking is complicated.

A very centrally located, well run hotel, convenient for the pedestrianised historic centre of Ferrara. Secure parking. The excellent breakfast is particularly noteworthy, and the staff were all very helpful indeed. We shall certainly re-visit. Thanks.

I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions.
