The front desk host was phenomenal! Professional and welcoming she set us up with wine glasses to enjoy sone wine with our friends and then gave us a great restaurant recommendation. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed here with our two kids for an overnight layover, essentially checking in at 11pm and leaving at 5:30am. The hotel was excellent in terms of easy check-in, close proximity to airport, clean, quiet room with AC, and spacious bathroom. We loved the king bed in the middle and single beds on either side for our kids, who by this point in our vacation were thrilled not to have to share any longer!

This hotel was amazing.... clean, room was big, staff available for questions as needed. Located in a busier road but inside the room was quiet. Close proximity to Ducati and with a car, about 15 minutes to old town Bologna. Grocery store across the street as well.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was located conveniently, although there was roadwork in front of the hotel that made access challenging. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff very courteous and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Recommend place near the airport.

We stayed for only one night, we arrived on a late flight. The hotel is close to the airport, and it was spotless cleaned. The room in the attic was big and spacious. Breakfast was decent. Taxi from the airport is between 12-20 euros.

The property itself was not bad close to the train and had underground parking. We were told not to take the train late at night but that could be anywhere. Other than the cigarette smell in the hallway it was a good stay for me as my family.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was nearby the airport and in good distance to move further on the next day. A nice clean room with a good bed. Breakfast was okay but not more than this. A good restaurant next door with great Italian local cuisine.

Lovely close to airport 1 night stay.

Stayed here for 1 night as had a very late night flight arrival. Was sent a door code to get into the hotel and keys were left, which was a really quick and easy process. 7/8min journey from airport and was around €18. Hotel was so lovely and room was clean! Beds were comfortable and exrta pillows were in the wardrobe if needed. Well stocked minibar (pay at checkout) and lovely traditional italian breakfast!! The pastries were amazing!! Woukd definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel ideally placed for Ducati

We stayed at hotel del Borgo when visiting Ducati factory and museum. This hotel is literally a stones throw away, ideally placed! The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. Recommend the restaurant Trattoria Della Salute highly! Whilst the google pics and exterior do nothing for it, the prices are what locals pay and the food is of the quality locals demand, whereas restaurant next door to hotel is arty farty and expensive! Breakfast in hotel is more than adequate, typically continental, always fresh meats, eggs, fresh bread and with croissants too. Nice coffee fresh made. Stayed in many hotels top/bottom of market and very much feel hotel del Borgo ticks our boxes.
