「Would not recommend. This hotel did not meet our expectations. It is older and in need of renovation. We were very disappointed to find mold in our bathroom and stains all over the ceiling. The bedding was very discolored, not white or clean looking. The duvet looked like it had mold in the filling. Our mattress had stains. The refrigerator cabinet was falling apart. The breakfast buffet was very limited. The positives of this hotel are the location and the friendly staff.」

「I gave my stay 4 stars. The room was clean and bed were comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the sink was clogged so the water would not drain properly without pulling the stopper out exposing what was clogging it (hair/spit, etc. it was disgusting) and the water pressure was great but it would only get luke warm. No hot water.」

「Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.」
