「Stayed with my grandchildren and was excellent. Great breakfast selection and I liked how the hot food changed daily. Staff was very friendly. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool 」

「The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were...

「The only thing i could menyion would be that the beds are super high and hard f ok r short and disabled people to get into.」

「We stayed here in 2023 for an anniversary trip to go see Shania at the BOK; it was so convenient so I knew when we had another concert to attend at the BOK we definitely wanted to stay at the same hotel. It definitely doesn't disappoint & I 10/10 recommend. Will most definitely be staying for all future BOK concerts. 」
