「Great hotel except there were numerous issues with smelling pot smoke on my floor. It’s illegal in Texas so management should report this and have controls in place to prevent this from happening. Not to mention there is a smoke free policy. 」

「Checking in was fine….got to my room and decompressed! Turned TV on and wasn’t working, called front desk. Same young man that checked me in answered…..I explained the tv wasn’t working and he immediately went into he had no idea, he had just returned after a few days off. I asked if others had called, might be property wide. I asked if there was cable in the lobby…..he said he didn’t know. Then he said “I was rushing him and he would have to ask someone.” Rushing him…..I was just...

「The toilet was too low and there was no magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Other than those two things, everything was fine.」

「Front desk clerk was watching a video on her ohone and didn't properly acknowledge ir greet me. I waited for 2-3 mins at cou ter with no one around. Then i was assigned to a room where another guest had been checked in. She apologized and made it right.」
