「Excelente ubicación. Excelente ambiente en el restaurante. Hotel bonito. Excelente colchón y almohadas. Personal muy amable. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que mi habitación no tenía ventana.」

「I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and I liked the old historical feel to it. You have an actual key to lock the door. No key card. Wifi was good. The only negatives were paper thin walls. You can hear the people talking and going to the bathroom pretty well. No air conditioning, just an old electric fan. No refrigerator/freezer. The beds / mattresses were a but outdated. But was comfortable enough for me. The room did have snacks, bottled water and a couple small bottles of wine...

「Beds were clean but a little hard for me. I would stay here again during future trips… Nice and economical!」

「Clean beautiful place to stay」

「房間的整潔度一般但可接受，但以此價格真的不值，同時酒店已經很舊。員工態度也還可以」

「Amazing front desk team, very helpful and give us great tips.」

「Towels and room smelled hummed music from a pub next door finished around midnight. Good and nice location. Expensive for the service. Staff are nice people.」

「Very beautiful property, but the town is a little strange. The staff was lovely, food was great. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first room was not my favorite because it’s a hut with walls. There were opening in the top which made it easy for bugs to get in. The second room was fully closed off . Beware there are a lot of bugs n the rooms that were partially open at the top. Also dogs bark in this town a lot.」

「Le falta isonorizacion, equipamiento y toma corrientes dificil」

「An excellent choice for anyone who is budget conscious. Nothing fancy but charming with a great view of the Agua volcano. My room was cleaned everyday and it’s located in the quieter part of the city. Very helpful staff.」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」
