「The only convenience of this hotel is the location to the Legacy Area. Everything else is basic. Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. This was annoying because I don’t want to go to a hotel and sleep in a bed smaller than the one I have at home. Also my spouse is 6”6. 「Why don't they tell you this ahead of time!!!!! They are renovating ALL parts of the hotel but especially down in the lobby area. And they aren't being very quick about things so the renovations will continue for a LONG time. There is noise 9-5 during the week days and dust everywhere. The room was spacious enough but extremely dated furniture & carpet. Due to the renovations there was no continental breakfast, could not find an ice machine anywhere and nothing in the lobby except 24-hour...

「All of my problems were Housekeeping problems. They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water.」

「Breakfast was great. The lady that was taking care of the food went out of here way to make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied. She deserves a raise. Everyone was very attentive, professional and curtious. Very friendly staff. The only issue that I had was that the tub had rust and I had to put a towel over it to take a shower. I let the attendant at the front desk know and right away the maintenance man went to check on it. We will book again on the future. 」
