"We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had trouble cooling but it was very hot out and understandable. My door wouldn’t shut tight unless pulled very hard and body wash was empty upon arrival. Otherwise the breakfast and 24/7 coffee was wonderful and I loved the seating area in the lobby to meet one on one for my work travels."

"Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom.
