「Amazing」

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「Very nice place for a family to stay, close to CMU and PU campus and point of view on the hill. I will come back next time and stay longer.」

「Pros: Great location. Breakfast was outstanding. Room clean and updated. Cons: Bed not comfortable (my other stays at Hyatt the beds were awesome) these seemed little old and worn. Room was right next door to housekeeping so heard talking and door opening all night 」

「Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, and always greeted when we walked through the doors. Truly enjoyed only being a short walk to Acrisure Stadium and downtown Pittsburgh was just over the bridge. 」

「The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very nice and efficient. The breakfast was okay for a free breakfast but the eggs seemed like they were powdered and the pancakes were reheated frozen. The room really wowed and the beds were super comfortable. 」
