「The Room was clean and tidy but the whole property is looking tired and in desperate need of being modernised. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was OK. There was a bar but the beer taps had a black bin bag thrown over them which did not look good. Walls to the rooms were thin so you could hear those in the adjoining rooms. Adequate parking if you are used to slopes!」

「Friendly staff, clean and fresh. Shower door leaked a little and no sockets next to the bed. But overall would highly recommend. 20 mins into Cardiff and lovely pub/restaurant on site」

「Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and had everything you need. We felt that prices were a little high for some of the food,as it was not value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here. The grounds are beautiful and lovely walks along the canal bank」
