「Although ratings aren’t too good.Front office staff was nice. Lobby could be cleaner & also could the pool area & elevators. Hotel does need a few renovations. We had east access to the beach. My friends and I stay was great. Our hotel room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there for the 3 nights we book. Especially it being 4th of July weekend ! The area around was calm & beach was crowded but not overly crowded like other places were 」

「We had a mishap with the car rental company in Greenville. I called the hotel and they assured me that even though I was running late, the room was still available to us. 「I was very skeptical on booking here because of the other reviews. But wow Was I wrong! As soon as I was in to get pre registered the ladies at the desk we nothing short of polite and a warm greeting. Our room was ready on time and the view was just amazing! The pools and water slides were open the entire time we were there except for a very short time when they were cleaning it (which was appreciated) the kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and back to the pool.
