「The location is conviently located 3 - 5 mins from airport, offers a shuttle and have friendly staff. Be sure to call ahead to confirm convinces that you may desire ahead of time. I desired room service and it was not available due to short staffing, also desired ice and there were no iworking ce machines avaible so I had to get it from the bar / lounge area. Lastly, I prepaid for breakfast and food was just so, so. Room was clean with excellent working fridge and microwave. on a scale of 1...

「Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside.」

「The property has seen better days. The beds were clean but the mattress was Seasoned. We always check our mattress at every hotel. The staff did their job, no rudeness but.no real engagement , nor were many words exchanged. Not bad just very basic accommodations, clean enough for 1 night, would not recommend for a extended stay.」

「Hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation. The hotel is a mess right now. I’m hoping once they complete the update the hotel will be worth the money you are paying. Right now it’s not. The breakfast was also under par as compared to my previous experiences there.」

「Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Breakfast had several options available. Parking is an additional daily charge in a parking garage next to the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator issues. Only one was working and the hotel was full so this made getting up to our rooms difficult (we were on the 6th -top floor). We heard from staff the elevator issue had been an ongoing problem for several months and at times both elevators were down. Glad that was not the case...
