「Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything..」

「Pool was closed, again. I’ve stayed here 3 times due to the location but every time the pool has been closed. The night staff was wonderful but the morning staff was not great at all. And the breakfast was terrible.」

「Our room was clean and comfortable, some of the hallways areas could’ve used a little more attention and our shower hadn’t been restocked which was unfortunate because I forgot condition, but the staff was great.」
