「Front desk staff was often busy and away from the desk. The bed in the larger room was not made, with pillows and duvet on the floor of the dressing area. After the issue was corrected, we still had to request a vacuum cleaner to complete the job. The mattress on the pullout sofa was somewhat dirty as well, but the linens were clean and easy to put on the mattress. That said, it was a Nascar weekend, and the hotel was very busy. The indoor pool was very cold and not enjoyable to swim in,...

「Reasonable price」

「The bathroom needs a lot of work. The toilet rocked every time I sat down, the tub wasn't clean enough to take a bath in, and the wallpaper was peeling. I had to clean around the sink before we used it. The shower faucets needed some manipulation to turn on and off. We could hear the music playing in the lobby all night, but it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake. The staff was good and the breakfast was great. 」

「The front desk was so friendly, responsive, and helpful. My room had some issues which the front desk addressed and fixed. Hot coffee all day. My biggest complaint would be the guests who booked there. Some people decided to have a “church” retreat there and were very loud.」
