「Friendly staff, clean room and good location.」

「Poor quality service with an argumentative clerk at check in. For some reason, my stay was inelegiable for rewards point (first time Ive ever been told this) and her excuse was that these points cost the hotel money therefor not everyone qualifies. I travel to Bridgewater on a regular basis for work and will now be staying at another hotel that appreciates return visitors. The hotel wont have to worry about spending money on me again.」

「Overall our stay was wonderful. The blue and green cabins are very small. If I had of realized how small I would have chose a bigger cabin or the motel rooms. Staff was very prompt with the issue with hot water! Would recommend this property.」

「Mold on bathtub non-slip mat and shower curtain. Exposed plumbing is very noisy. Location is great. There are lots of chairs to sit at the river. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The only issue was there was no space in the bathroom for toiletries.」

「Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm」
