"Loft room was a bit small/narrow staircase and low ceiling for the bed at the upper level but young kids enjoyed it/were fine. Location reasonably convenient, service was great, enjoyed the onsen, thank you!"

"As the hotel is situated on top of a shopping mall, we had a hard time trying to figure out where we could park and unload our luggage when we arrived. Other than that, it was very enjoyable staying in this hotel. Nice breakfast spread. "

"Loved this hotel! Nice and central from places we wanted to visit. The attached 7/11 was a nice bonus. The staff were very hospitable and helped us with any of our requests. The hotel shuttle was also really clutch since we had a few suitcases to haul around. "
