This hotel is a step next to the shopping street which is very easy to dining and shopping. The room is small and we accepted for low price per night. They refurnished their lobby in a modern and hip design, and put a lot of instant drinks of coffee, green tea latte, chocolate etc in the lobby for guests to try which is a surprise. But their rooms did not refurnish and are still in old style, especially their TV signals are very bad, only a few channels can be watched, the Hotel AreaOne Oita should seriously refix this problem as this never happened in other Japanese hotels. For parking, it is advised to park the nearby public carpark a few walks from the hotel for 800 yen from 6pm to 8am, then 200yen per hour.
