「Excellent service. Great quiet room」

「The pictures of Haiku #2 are greatly misleading. It shows a lovely living area with comfortable furniture. What we found instead was only a loveseat. There were no chairs, unless we wanted to use a dining chair. The living room space was cavernous with only the loveseat and a small coffee table. The bathroom shows a double sink; the unit has a simgle sink. In the property description it says there is a queen size bed, but what's actually there is a full bed. A queen size would never have even...

「Did not use Wi-Fi . A/C kept changing the temp up an down. Room was clean. The dishwasher did not want to start except on Heavy Duty, and the ran for 2 hrs. until I canx. it! Fridge was loud. We turned it OFF at night to avoid the noise. 3 knives in silverware drawer had the blades fall off the handle in our hand! Towel rod outside shower was starting to come off the wall. Lanai screen handle was coming off. Screw stripped. Other than the above, it was fairly comfortable.」

「Our stay at Kauhale Makai was good. The unit itself was nicely furnished with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our lanai had a great view of the ocean, the pali, and the island of Lanai. We were able to spot whales with the provided binoculars. There were several issues with the property due the Kona Low storms. First there was no elevator service because of the flooding.
