The room was great! My only issue was with the pool and tennis court. They are not easily accessible. My room was at the back of the property, but the only entrances to those areas were at the front of the property, with no signage to point the way. Other than that, great location, right near the beach! I look forward to returning.

We were pleasantly pleased at how well the unit was stocked for going to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, boogie boards. The complex had a foot rinse at it's entrance so you could rinse beach sand off your feet. The park directly across from the complex was a great place to see the sunset. We used the chairs from the deck for dinning indoors because the stools were too high for the table.

Apartment was clean and had basic equipment. There were no chairs to sit at table just high stools which were uncomfortable to eat at table. There were no lamps near bed so reading in bed was impossible.

Just a regular condo close to a beach, plenty of parking. The bed is old and not comphy. Stuff starting to break down - TV was broken, they had to get a new one. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas for our use.

Us can see the beach but you have to tuck and bob through the trees was the only downside to the stay. The beach access across the street was amazing, we got to swim with the turtles , great area to snorkel, lots of sea life. Our apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and environment. If we come back to Maui we would stay here again.

Really bad service. Really poor communication..no laundry, tap water was undrinkable due to particulates in the water. Called for support for literal days with nothing. Two towels for a week and no change of linens..real rip off artists

Pros - clean room, easy access to where you need to go. Cons - arrived to find zero towels (was asked if I looked (well of course I did), no covers on the pillows and the worst part, the bed was like sleeping in a taco. It was so warped towards the middle my husband did his best to sleep on the sofa while I struggled with the bed. Called management and was told they haven’t had any other complaints. I invite them to go try to stay there. My review won’t go anywhere so I don’t know why I bother. Good luck to the next person. For the money you pay - go somewhere else.

Great place to stay in Kihei! And nice touch to have a cooler (surprisingly good at keeping things cold all day in the heat and easy to carry given the strap), two beach chairs, two boogie boards, and a snorkel set (a second set would be even nicer). The only other thing we’d suggest is table lamps on the nightstands (and with USB ports for easier phone charging). Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall very good. Only hangup was getting to the property on the day we arrived. The road it's located on was partially closed due to recent rains and flooding. We weren't notified this was a possibility so it was challenging getting to the property the first night.
