「The property was walkable to all of the sites in Oban including the ferry terminal. It offered free parking. Breakfast was not included with the room, but there were plenty of restaurants close by.」

「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」

「Place was clean and the host was super kind. A bit of an uphill walk if youre coming from the town but it is really close to a lovely viewpoint that overlooks the town. Very nice at sunset!」

「What a find! On our way from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye, it was the perfect stop. The restaurant was cozy, the food good, and the live music in the cozy bar was a huge bonus! Band members even took the time to chat when they wrapped up just before 9 p.m. Parking was free and convenient (a little tricky to find; it's tucked close to the building and not marked). The bed and bedding was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. It has historic character, also a bonus. Loved it!」

「Great place in a beautiful setting.」

「Great hotel next to the small harbour in Scarinish. Hotel very clean with excellent service from the staff (Chris) while having dinner and the barman serving drinks. Only fault found in room curtains were broke and needed fixing. Otherwise very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back. 」

「This was a beautiful property, located in the heart of Oban. Walkable to downtown and the waterfront. The owner or property manager was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. Highly recommend! 」

「Deer were in back of property. Maggie and the owner were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and heat took a while to warm up though we slept warm. Hot chocolate was really good. Also, both the Scottish breakfast and the pancake breakfast were good.」
