"Breakfast was just ok. Ice machine out of order on our floor. "

"Staff knocked on my door at 8am and 10am to ask what time I will be leaving although their check out time clearly states 11am. This was very disturbing as we arrived late to the property. The front staff took their time and did not prioritize to check us in after we kept informing them of late arrival due to traffic and weather conditions. This is certainly one of the worst customer service hotels I have stayed at throughout the entire US. The building and room was fairly clean, allthough the staff's unprofessionalism will cause for me to never return."

"Honestly, such an amazing stay. Everything was on point — clean rooms, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere. You can tell they really care about their guests. 100% recommend!"

"This is the second time in a row where neither the pool or spa were useable. Much better attention needs to be given to trash and litter on the grounds. Honestly the rooms are getting very tired with unusable towel racks, TVs that sag and overall abuse of years old interiors."
