「Very Good」

「The property just was very dirty. The rooms were not much better, there were chip crumbs or some sort of crumbs on the bed. So I’m not sure they were cleaned or what happened with the crumb situation. Just did not feel very clean at all.」

「The staff are very nice, the festive atmosphere is strong, and the interior decoration is great.room is good.」

「The hotel is comfortable but being woken up at 6:30am after arriving to the hotel close to midnight with banging and loud talking in the hallway from the staff nead the laundry room was just uncalled for.」

「Great location, lovely staff. Wouldn’t recommend, however. The room was freezing and wouldn’t get warm despite turning the heat all the way up. Tiny bathroom. Not kid friendly. The smoke detector kept going off, resulting in them having to send someone to fix it. Not a huge deal, but we were so exhausted from our trip and would’ve preferred to be able to rest in peace. 」
