"Great location next to DCU. Bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. Check in and out was easy"

"The hotel was under construction. This should have been noted on the website. While the room was clean, the remaining portion of the hotel was not. Understandable near the construction area, however, the stairs were not vacuumed and dirty. They did not provide the breakfast as noted. There was a note at the front desk when you came in saying that they weren't serving breakfast and you can leave if you wanted to. Where are you going to go at the very last minute? You have no choice but to stay. Discounts should be provided for these issues."

"Staff was extremely rude, room was dirty, they gave us 2 towels for a family of 4. Repeatedly asked for more towels or fresh towels and for the room to be cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying there. "

"there was a large selection of usual breakfast items with a few nice additions: veggie quiche and cheese blintzes. there was ample parking, a decent size pool, and large fitness center. there were a few restaurant choices within walking distance."
