"The best Holiday Inn we’ve ever used. The only thing we thought should be done was that one of the side entrances we used from the parking lot was not set up for you to use your key card. I think that should be changed to be safer especially at night. Anyone could walk in. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in Overland Park! Your staff member (Maria, I think) went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and was taken care of at breakfast! She checked on tables to ask if they needed anything, communicated all the options available. She kept the tables cleared and foods were well stocked and hot. She was very proud to represent your hotel! :) Rooms were clean, water was hot with great water pressure. Will be booking again! "

"The hotel is being renovated, but we felt very welcomed. Our room was perfect. The staff member bent over backwards to make sure of this, telling us to let her know if we needed a different room. Would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!"

"Very kind & accommodating staff, super clean room, conveniently located close to main Hwy that leads to many places around Kansas City. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was hot, they kept food choices refilled and food tasted good. Will be staying again."
