「Wonderful downtown location to walk to all of the best restaurants, coffee places, shops, art galleries, etc. The pool looked amazing but was always full, so I did not get to experience it however, at the pool is a bar and some tables looking over the Blue Ridge Mountains, which was such a delightful way to relax with my husband and have a good time! The staff was hospitable and helpful and the room was unique and had a wonderful view! I could not have picked a better place for our vacation and...

「The staff was very welcoming. The location is great! Close to some excellent restaurants and places of interest. It was unfortunate that the onsite restaurant was closed. The fireplace was inoperable due to a seasonal schedule. The staff did bring an extra blanket to compensate for the cold room. Both my husband and I stepped on a carpet tack between the bedroom and the hall. The carpet was frayed and didn't quite go all the way to the edge.」

「This property seems to be on its way down. Still OKAY but starting to show its age and some wear and tear. Almost no one eats in the restaurant for Breakfast or dinner. The bar serves wine and beer but nothing else. There are plenty of other food/drink options nearby so why would people eat/drink there? I come away unimpressed.」
