「This hotel is not being maintained. After a long day of hiking and exploring the local waterfalls there was NO HOT WATER for showers with 2, 7 year old kids! and on top of it, the staff took well over an hour of jumping around 4 rooms at 11pm before giving up on the ideal of a hot shower and having to leave at 3:45am for our flight! One of the rooms tubs also wouldn’t drain either after testing the shower,and phone not working to even be able to call the seat about the problems. WASTED TIME...

「Exceptionally friendly staff, very personal and welcoming. Hotel is elegant and spotless, outside seating and landscaping was a lovely bonus, room was clean, quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. A+++ stay!」

「I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.」

「Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare」

「Ask for a room you want and which side. The room had a musty smell until we turned on the AC. Suggested they turn the AC on before guests arrive. Also the bathroom floor in the handicap room was like a skating rink.」
