"Great property , in a great location . We had stayed at other properties by mall of America, but never this one. Upon arrival , the front desk clerk , Kathy greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the area , and was very attentive to our needs. She got us into our room. The pool area was great !!! The kids loved it . Mall of America is right across the street. We will be back !!"

"Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue."
