「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Easy access from the busy street, 89A. Blocks from Food. Restaurant or Supermarket. Away from the congestion of the “Tourist” shopping strip. But not so much if you like to spend a couple minutes downtown. Microwave, Fridge and continental breakfast. Coffee, drinks, fruit in the Lobby. All day.」

「Hidden gem! Great location right in the heart of downtown Cottonwood. Just steps to shops, restaurants and wineries. Historic building with large, charming center courtyard, with several patio tables and umbrellas for relaxing next to the stone fountain. Rooms are very clean and have been fairly recently updated - nice tile in the bathroom, nice flooring, comfortable bed. Ample free parking in a lot behind the hotel with a pass-thru directly into the courtyard of the hotel. Very well priced. I...
