「3 stars for clean and comfortable room. Buildings are old and need work. Huge gap under front door needing weatherstripping. Because of this, we heard wind howling and whistling through this gap. In addition, the landscaping staff blew dirt and debris under the door onto the floor of the unit with their leaf blowers, as well as onto the patio of our first floor unit. 「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Had a really nice stay and will stay again! Easy to find parking at the rear of the hotel. The courtyard was really lovely. Room was updated and in good shape. Blackout shades on the room only no daylight shades. The courtyard did have an echo so we could hear people talking and carts moving along when the AC wasn’t running. When the (very cold!)
