「A refreshed look would increase this hotels revenue by Thousands! It feels tired and neglected. I appreciated the “patriotic” details in the lobby but the fluorescent lighting added to the dismal feeling. The location is excellent , however it lacks the details that would give it excellent reviews. The bathroom had mold on the bath tiles and caulking and there weren’t enough towels. The fluorescent lighting is horrible, the room in dire need of new carpeting and with a very visible hole adjacent...

「at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message...
