「The phone lines were down, so when I tried to call for service, I ended up having to go down to the lobby to ask how to use the shower. The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful.」

「First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with. 「This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.」
