「The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.」

「Breakfast and staff were both excellent. I got in at almost midnight and staff helped me up to the fourth floor with my luggage. They also took it down when I checked out. Being that I am 80 years old and walk with a cane, it meant so much to me. I wanted to go to their spa, but realized that their spa was at another place.
