Ali, the General Manager was present every time we were in the lobby. He was ensuring everyone was happy with everything, asking about their plans and even reminding people that were departing if they remembered their pasports. Breakfast had a great selection

Superb hotel. Staff are wonderful, breakfast on the rooftop is such a great start to the day. Only downside is the area directly outside where prices are high and it’s a constant battle with bar and shop owners who are just a nuisance trying to drag to in. The hotel is peaceful and great quality.

Beautifully renovated rooms, good breakfast and food. Super service and attention to all guest needs. Very comfortable beds. Surprisingly quiet rooms although the hotel is located in a very busy tourist area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooftop breakfast area with views of the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Very good choices for breakfast. Excellent staff and very quiet at night. Bathroom modern and shower recess quite large, location excellent and many dining options literally next to the hotel and its surrounds. You can also order meals/ Coffee at the hotel . Would recommend.staying there. Hotel manager very helpful and gave many helpful tips.
