We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「Great place to travel with a baby. Loved the fact that it had a kitchen. Room was very clean and it was also very quiet when we were there. No breakfast but there’s a scooters just across the parking lot. Also seemed like a very safe area! 」
