「The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. 「The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. As of July 1st they no longer airport shuttle, Expedia listed that they did. When I inquired about a shuttle they apologized advising it no longer was offered. However, they didn’t just say I’m sorry, they took action with escalating to upper management and came up with options. Fantastic customer service- they truly cared and wanted to help. I will definitely stay again!!」
