「The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. As of July 1st they no longer airport shuttle, Expedia listed that they did. When I inquired about a shuttle they apologized advising it no longer was offered. However, they didn’t just say I’m sorry, they took action with escalating to upper management and came up with options. Fantastic customer service- they truly cared and wanted to help. I will definitely stay again!!」

Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait.
