「The room was wet. While I understand how humid it is, the carpet was wet, the bedding was damp, and it was very uncomfortable. The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt. The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key. The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized...

「Mala experiencia.Lo habia agendado desde dias atras.Y cuando llegamos alli nos dijeron que teniamos que hacer una fila y esperar porque no habia habitaciones disponibles.Andabamos con niños y eran las 7 pm desde las 4 pm que llegamos y todavia teniamos que seguir esperando.Tuve que cancelar y empezar a buscar a esa hora otro hotel.Como es possible que yo la agende con antelacion y cuando llegue no haya habitaciones.」

「This Quinta...looks more like a motel.... Dirty rooms, smelly restrooms.... dirty breakfast area Cold eggs.... Dirty coffee dispenser Unfriendly staff I will not recommend this hotel to no one.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」
