「I am a disabled traveler who uses a wheelchair. The room I stayed in was freshly remodeled and yet the bed was the old fashioned “high bed”! I was very disappointed. I could barely get up to it to sleep! The door had no lowered peep hole and the closet had no lowered closet rod, only 2 shelves. The roll in shower was nice, but had no curtain to protect your parked wheelchair from getting wet. All this is unacceptable! The only saving grace was that the pool had a chair lift! It was broken at...

「Hotel room wasn’t very clean. WiFi did not work on tv. Half of the arcade games were broken. Very limited breakfast. 」

「Internet was not the best security level so I didn't use it for much. Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable. Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting.」

「In the middle of a remodel. Pull out couch broken, cot stained, carpet ripped. Supposed to be ADA mobility, but toilets are low, no handles for pulling self up, shower had showe bar on other side of shower, no way to golf on to get out safely. Had to buy own shower chair, handicap parking too far from entrance with uneven side walks. Staff very friendly and polite.」
