「Everyone was amazing!! I got stuck on the lake in a paddle boat, and the staff that “ rescued” me.. I stayed here when it was the McCormick Inn years ago. And it is still first class!! I’ll stay back here again and again!! 」

「My only complaint about this hotel is the laminate flooring makes the rooms feel sterile, like a Motel 6 pricepoint. I know they are easier to clean than carpet, but they take away from the comfortable feel of a hotel.」

「Staff was super friendly. The breakfast and dinner were great. Free drinks during dinner time were a great perk. The Gas station next door was convenient for grabbing drinks and snacks and perfect for being able to quickly gas up prior to hitting the road. 」

「I had a room that I wasn't very keen on the bathroom. I voiced my displeasure and was given a new room without hesitation. They asked what I didn't like about the other room and when I responded, they jotted some information down so they could address the issue and gave me a new room key! That's just great customer service and is why I will always keep The Hyatt House Old Town on top of my list! The front desk staff, the grounds crew, the bartender.....everyone I interacted with was beyond...
