Very old and outdated, no separate heating or air-conditioning controls in the room only a fan. Very old plugs made it difficult to even plug in a cell phone. The room was very small. The bathroom was tidy and kind of gross. The walls were paper thing, and you could hear everything in the rooms next to you..

Checking in was a complete mess. The host attempted three different times to charge my card, and by the third time my bank locked my card and the host claimed she has no idea who tried to charge $380…. All the while I already made reservations and paid for my stay through Expedia. It was very uncomfortable.

Location is very convenient if you use public transportation. Front desk offers free luggage storage after check out which is much appreciated for me. Wall is not sound approved, but heating is quiet and warm. Overall satisfaction.

Room was very clean and the entire hotel quite nostalgic. Only gripes are the toilets are set a bit low and the shower water alternated between warm and really hot!

Staff was great and the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. Food and drinks! It’s an older hotel and the linen and rooms need a little updating. Plus the carpet has seen better days. But for the most part it was a cool spot for an adventure back in time! Plus central to a lot of spots for food and drinks. Great location in phoenix.

No a/c or heat control. Shower did not work at all. Had to miss am shower and get to my meeting. Maintenance fixed while away, but basically only very hot water if wanted any water pressure at all. Bathroom has no area at all to place toiletries and was tiny. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

House-keeping and front desk were amazing. The rest of the hotel is, well, fine. Walls are remarkably thin (especially between bathrooms of adjacent rooms). I could write up an exact transcript of the podcast the next room's resident listened to. I would stay here again though; a good price is a good price.

While it was a cheap stay and we know you get what you pay for. Some things that I feel are easy upgrades for not so much effort. Bed was super hard, pillows were practically flat, ac was not great and it felt stuffy in the room, housekeeping staff walked in on us while we were sleeping at 8am, bathroom is uncomfortably tiny!
