"Staff were very courteous and helpful. Made accommodation for us."

"Arrived at 3:00 which is check-in time. Was told our room was still being cleaned and should be ready in about 10 minutes. Not a big deal so we sat and waited. We watched as about six other rooms came in and checked in and wore given their keys right away while we sat. Did not get into our room until 4:15. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Deadwood which is fairly frequently and this experience left a very sour taste. I realize rooms are assigned prior to arrival, and was told numerous times they only have one housekeeper, but this shouldn't be my problem."

"We did not have a very hot shower, it was luke warm. Other then that the place was clean, cozy and staff was very friendly. Will go back again."
