Good

Great Stay at a Great B and B. Everyone from the owner of the property to his staff was great. Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. EZ check in and out. We found the location made it very EZ to travel around the city. City Bus picks ups and drops you at the just in front of the B and B. 1/1/2 block walk to the Subway that allowed you to get to just about any district of the city. We were also impressed by the little touch's the owner's wife had made to the room, such a welcome...

Super helpful and pleasant staff!

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in good location. And wonderful to have access to coffee and juice and fruit and cookies at all hours and enjoy on the small balcony.

Perfect for oyr group

Great location.

Fantastic hotel in great location . First time staying at a Sleep N and it’s a great concept. They have a quirky modern design with emphasis on customer service and the environment . Hotel contacted me day before to ask what type of room I would like and arrival time. The rooms are VERY small but clean and comfortable. A very nice buffet breakfast available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and great location in Madrid.

The outside of the hotel looks plain and dry but the rooms are unique. The interior is an interesting mix of modern and old. Many "old" elements were preserved (bricks, wooden beams and heavy metal). The bathroom floor is actually teak. It's centrally located but still a bit off the beaten track. Close to Madrid Atocha and just a block away from the Lavapies metro. Walkable to the Calle Mayor and Plaza Mayor area. Nice tapas bars in the neighborhood (especially O Pazo de Lugo). The...

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.

The room was clean but too small for a family of four. It was centric which was great but hard to find.

Affordable location considering it’s Madrid. Walkable distance from many shopping places and restaurants. Metro station nearby. Good restaurants and bars nearby which were open late into the night.

This place was in the perfect location for touring Madrid. We loved retiro park. Everything about the place was easy. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
